About Us

The Red Pepper is a single-family-owned business. The owner's grandmother owned a restaurant in Rochester New York and that is where he began his training. Since that time he has owned many restaurants around the country. He owned Bianco's Ristorante, a four-star Italian restaurant in Denver, Colorado, for ten years before moving back to the East Coast and finally to Summerville, SC where he opened The Red Pepper. In April 2006, he launched The Red Pepper Mt. Pleasant in the Shoppes at Seaside Farms. The folks at The Red Pepper make all entrees and most of the desserts from scratch using only the freshest products they can find. There is no substitute for quality.
