These special dinner items are often offered as specials in addition to our regular menu. Ask your server about our current specials when you visit.

Colorado Sterling Silver aged New York Strip Steak ( 16 oz ).: Just grilled or served with mushrooms in butter garlic sauce, or in a Pizzaiola sauce.
Fresh Pork Chops: Broiled and served to perfection in a balsamic port sauce.
French cut Loin Veal Chop: Served with sauteed mushrooms in a Brandy cream sauce.
Pollo alla Tuscany: Chicken breast stuffed with Spinach, Fontina cheese and roasted red peppers then sauteed in a wine sauce.
Crab and Shrimp Gorgonzola: Crab and shrimp in a gorgonzola sauce and tossed with Fettuccine.
Osso Bucca: Veal shanks baked in a special mixture of vegetables, broths, herbs, and wine.
Clam Linguini: Our family recipe of clams, garlic, wine, Virgin Olive Oil, and herbs over linguini.
Shrimp Alfredo: Fettuccine pasta tossed with sauteed shrimp and our freshly made to order alfredo sauce.
Sterling Silver Filet of Beef Tenderloin: Sterling Silver Beef filet tenderloin cooked to perfection.
Oysters Napoliano: Fresh oysters, shallots, bacon, and mushrooms in a sherry cream sauce & tossed with orecchiette pasta
